I like building software for people who build software. For the last decade I've been starting companies that turn messy, manual workflows into tools that disappear into the background.
With Avocode we helped product teams close the gap between design files and the code that ships. It taught me how much leverage good DX gives a small team — and how painful bad DX is when you're a customer of it.
Langtail is the same instinct applied to LLMs. Most teams are still shipping prompts by feel. We give them the same kind of workflow they'd expect from any other production system — tests, evals, observability. Macaly is the same thing, one layer up: build the actual app, end to end.
